We will then send you your individual Tenancy Agreement. This will need to be completed by you and the Guarantor (if applicable) and sent back to us within 7 days.

We will review your documents and if everything is in order we will send you confirmation that your booking is complete.
Your booking fee will be transferred as a deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme
who will email you directly with your user name and deposit reference number.
